News and Press Releases
ttnews: ttnews is a very versatile news module that is used on many TYPO3 websites. Typical implementations include a "latest view" on the home page of the website, a "list" view on the news page itself, and then a "single view" to display each individual news item. Users of the site only need enter an article once, the module setup of the site then determines what shows up where.
Here are a few examples of sites using ttnews, see below for a video demonstration:

- Galeria Arte Hispano: all news, single item view (note the embedded slideshow)
- Arktyp: latest view (the Blogtyp section), all news list view, single news item view (with comments)
Press Releases: Below is an example of a press release module that allow for placing images, sounds, videos and stories online for download by site visitors.
Demonstration video: tt_news
This video demonstrates how using tt_news one needs only enter a news item once, and the module will handle placing the different view of the news on the different pages (ie latest items, list of items, single item, etc.).
The versions used in the demonstration are TYPO3 4.3.1 and tt_news 2.5.2
